My sister, April, threw us a wonderful family baby shower today. She went to a lot of trouble to find cheery yellow and rasberry and green tablecloths, napkins and balloons. The cake and ice cream were delicious and nice on a hot summer day. My younger sister, Tiffany also spoiled us with a zesty punch. Aunt Linda and Cousin Susan came from North Bend and Cousins Karen and Christy drove over from Ellensburg. Grandma B and Tiffy came up from Puyallup and Uncle Kyle came from across town. April's friend, Heather, also joined us for the afternoon of fun. Several others, who were unable to attend, also sent gifts, cards and well wishes. We received lots of educational books and toys for Baby B as well as some good practical items to warm bottles and store stinky diapers! Grandma B managed to find a quilt that perfectly matches the paint we just chose for baby's room last night-truly, I don't know how she does it!
