Boating without the Boy

Alton stayed with a sitter during this beautiful 3-hour raft trip down the White Salmon River. Pictured is the 12' waterfall drop to finish a day of high adventure navigating class 3 and 4 rapids, jumping off cliffs into raging pools of 40 degree glacier water to re-join rafts that were sent ahead over a "rough section", and taking in the awesome beauty of this preserved natural stretch of river.
