Building Blocks
I called Cheri at work to let her know we were missing her here at home and wished she was here to play with blocks in the sunny living room. Attached are the photos she asked me to send her to allow her to participate vicariously.
Alton is getting much stronger every day. He now sits up with relative stability. Most of the time when we lay him on the blanket to play he immediately rolls from his back to his tummy. He holds himself up with his arms and pushes himself around in a circle, but has not figured out how to move forward (a fact that causes him marked frustration.) He also seems to have forgotten how to roll off his tummy so he is basically 'stuck' once he rolls himself over. He still prefers to be standing and will pull himself up with our fingers and promptly let go once he is vertical. Of course, this results in tipping over back to the floor and a repeat of the process.

Superduper Super STAR! I am pretty sure he is finished using the little bottles like the one that you left at my house. I plan to replace it with a bigger one since I failed to mail it. I have a subconscious post office aversion that is causing this problem...Ken is the same. It takes us 4 to 5 months to send anything. But, I do have the babyshower chewable picture book to get to you guys, and a little christmas gift, and the larger size bottle! Please don't hold all of this against me. I really, really love you guys and don't want my post office problems to make you doubt that.
