Snow Glorious Snow!
Our New Year's Eve present was a good old fashioned snow storm! It started snowing early afternoon and kept on coming. Not only was there enough snow to shovel and throw, but also enough to sled down the driveway!
Thanks to the great snow plows over here, we were still able to drive up to the local sledding and ski hill at Echo Valley to ring in the New Year with a bonfire and fireworks. Alton decided to be the "leader" and tromped around in the snow making new footprints for us to follow in. He led us to a small clearing that had the absolute best view of the fireworks. What better way to bring in the New Year than with new snow, a bonfire, fireworks and each other?
